Segmentation algorithms for contrast-enhanced ultrasonic images of liver lesions

Report describing the development of a tumor segmentation tool for contrast-enhanced ultrasound images (CEUS). The algorithms I developed were based on a region-growing approach, similar to Photoshop's ''magic wand'' tool and a "magnetic lasso".
