LCIA_Biodiversity-Climate_Low-carbon Initiative Assessment

This Excel workbook contains the detailed assessment files developed for the Master’s thesis The Impact of Low-Carbon Initiatives on Biodiversity in the high-end Watchmaking and Jewellery Industry. It documents 18 corporate low-carbon initiatives relating to renewable electricity, energy efficiency, low-carbon heating, mobility, recycled materials, circularity and sustainable packaging. Each worksheet presents the initiative’s context, baseline and low-carbon scenarios, underlying data, assumptions, calculation steps, sources and methodological choices used to prepare the life cycle impact assessment. The workbook supports the comparison of the initiatives’ potential effects on greenhouse gas emissions and biodiversity-related ecosystem quality.
