TCR repertoire after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation: a five years follow-up and CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell phenotyping assessment

This public dataset contains the CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell phenotyping and TCR CDR3 beta immunosequencing data of a cohort of 25 recipients at one year after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT) and their respective donor just before graft infusion. It also contains the TCR CDR3 beta immunosequencing data of another cohort of 26 recipients with post-HSCT follow-up of five to six years and their respective donors. More information is provided in the README.txt
