UMLS Concepts to Pictographs

This resource provides pictograph illustrations for UMLS (Unified Medical Language System) concepts and other functional concepts used in the Diagnostic Interview Corpus (see other deposits for the Propicto Project). The pictographs were selected and/or created for use in pictograph sequences, designed to facilitate diagnostic interviews. All concept-pictograph associations were submitted to human evaluation. This resource includes: - a compressed file containing 1331 image files (BMP, GIF and SVG files) - a tab-separated file for 1400 concept-pictograph pairs with metadata including human evaluation results This resource was developed at the University of Geneva in collaboration with Geneva University Hospitals. This work is part of the PROPICTO project, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (N°197864) and the French National Research Agency (ANR-20-CE93-0005).
